The Motorola VE66 is a compact slider phone that features a smooth slide opening, which is available in Black casing, with either a silver or gold accent.

Different features of the Motorola VE66:

• It measures one hundred and three millimetres in height by forty nine millimetres in width by fifteen millimetres in depth, and only weighs one hundred and twenty one grams. 

•  It comes with a 2.2inch TFT screen that can display up to two hundred and fifty six thousand colours, as well as a useful navigation scroll wheel, to make it easy for the users to navigate the menus.

• Users of the Motorola VE66 would be able to choose screen savers and wallpapers and they may either download them or they could share from other users who have compatible devices.

• Users would be able to share files via Bluetooth connectivity or USB connectivity.

• In the phonebook of this mobile phone users would be able to save up to one thousand names with photo call feature, and about twenty entries for the call records for each dialled, received and missed calls.

• It has about one hundred and eleven megabytes of internal memory for storage, and about two hundred and fifty six megabytes of ROM. It also has an expandable memory card slot that support micro SD memory cards.

• The Motorola VE66 has EDGE technology for users to be able to effect quick and easy data transfers.

• It also has WLAN Wi-Fi technology for users to be able to be connected to the internet wirelessly.

• The built in five megapixel camera of the Motorola VE66 comes with auto focus and an LED flash, to enable the user to capture great pictures even if the subject is in dark area.

• The operating system of this mobile phone is Linux.

• It also has built in music player for users to be able to listen to its favourite music.

• Other features are push to talk, organizer and voce memo.
